He was born on 30 November 1908 in Comilla, Bangladesh. His father was Bhudeb Chandra Bose and Mother was Binoy Kumari .  He was mainly a poet but He also wrote novels, Short Stories, plays, essays etc. He studied in Dhaka Collegiate School and  He was graduated from Dhaka University.
